i have some amount in my account which i opened newly i sent a transaction to a friend, and the transaction was declined and my account now is frozen and restricted to log in or chat with anyone. i tried to contact with the support number, a person responded to me telling me there is no account under my name here and hanged up on me. ---

@marcandrelaforest Sorry for the frustration and how your call was handled. Having an account frozen after a transfer can sometimes be a standard verification procedure for account security which temporarily restricts login and chat access Have you checked your email (and spam folder) to see if you received a notification regarding that transfer ? ---

yes i did and they told me only to call the number but when i call the number no one is picking up my call ---
